How do I return an item?

How do I track my order?
When placing an order at PANOPLY you will always receive a confirmation email with your order number, and an e-mail that informs you that your order is on its way, together with a link for a tracking number.

I did not receive my order. What should I do?
This is very unlikely, but unfortunately the postal service can make mistakes too. If this is the case, please contact us so we can help you through the inconvenience.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, this is possible.
Any changes or cancellations of an order needs to be proceeded within 24 hours. If the order has already been dispatched, you would have to wait to receive your order, and then return what you regret to have purchased.
