All our parcels are handled by UPS, DAO and GLS. Liability and safety is a number one at Panoply. Therefore we provide a tracking number to every order. That way you can follow your package and plan for delivery.

Standard shipping nationally within Denmark.

EU standard shipping information
Standard shipping within the European Union and United Kingdom will be delivered within approx 2-4 business days.
Price: €12
EU express shipping information
Express shipping within the European Union and United Kingdom will be delivered within approx 1-2 business days.
Price: €20
International standard shipping information
International shipping to the US, Canada, Asia, Africa, Islands and more, will be delivered within approx 3-6 businessdays. We will not be held responsible for import taxes, if required .

Express shipping for intl. parcels information
For international express shipping parcels expect delivery to approx 2-3 days. Taxes will not be handled or included therefore expect an extra bill.

Returns
We only offer returns on tapestry and denim crafts . Please keep in mind, that merch, tanks, t-shirts and accessories are not eligible for return, but can be exchanged if the items have not been used within 7 days.
For items that are eligible for returns must be returned within 7 days (not business days) from when the order was delivered. All items must be in its original condition, no smell and with the original tags attached.
How do I return an item?
PANOPLY is not responsible for the return cost. Therefore you must return the package to our address. To get our address please contact us on contact@panoplyofficial.com.
